Dr. Ronald Elliott has been named to replace Bill Barfield as the Head of the Biosystems and Agricultural Engineering Department. Ron first joined the Department in 1981 as an Assistant Professor and proceeded to rise thought the ranks to Professor. His teaching and research emphasis has been in the area of irrigation and water resources. Most recently, he has lead the OSU efforts in the development and operation of the Oklahoma Mesonet.
