Michael Smolen, a
Professor in Biosystems and Agricultural Engineering and Water
Quality Coordinator for the Oklahoma Cooperative Extension Service,
has been appointed to the State Water Quality Monitoring Council.
The Council meets quarterly to discuss issues related to water
monitoring in Oklahoma.
