Marvin Stone, Regents Professor, Biosystems and Agricultural Engineering, has received the Oklahoma State University, Eminent Faculty Award for the year 2005. The award is in recognition of his many outstanding contributions in teaching and research. The award is the highest annual honor made by the University to a faculty member. Of course, this is not the first award Marvin has received. In addition to holding the earned rank of Regents Professor, he is a Fellow of the American Society of Agricultural and Biological Engineering.
Dr. Stone has a truly exceptional record in teaching, research, and service, and not only that, he's an all-around good guy! We're most pleased that he has been honored in this way.
