Congratulations to Jason Vogel for presenting the outstanding student paper, at the Annual Meeting of the American Institute of Hydrology in Minneapolis-St. Paul, Minnesota, October 14-17th. The papers were judged by a panel of professional hydrologists and Jason recieved 1st place for his paper entitled, "A Hydrologic Model of Bioretention Cells for Controlling Runoff". His co-authors on the paper were Billy J. Barfield and John C. Hayes.
